Summer Season Update: We have cancelled Grand Camp due to low enrollment, we’ll try again in 2022 or offer this as an offseason camping experience!
A new offering in 2021! This camp was inspired by our alumni campers who now have children and grandchildren of their own. We always here of the fond memories our alumni have of Camp Monroe and now they get to come relive it again.
Participants of Grand Camp will be housed in McKnight Lodge, away from our other campers and will have a schedule of our regular camp activities. All activities are voluntary, if someone doesn’t feel comfortable swimming for example, they have the choice to sit out and simply enjoy being at Camp Monroe.
Meals will be served at an alternate time from our weekly programming to allow for a quieter atmosphere and social distancing, but all the camp menu options you know and love.
Grand Camp participants are encouraged to join our evening Vespers and activities. The group will be lead by one to two counselors, dedicated to the enjoyment and needs of Grand Camp.
